How is this custom radial flow / static / moving filter work ?

Hi there ,

There doesn’t seem to be many aquaponic forums out there and this one doesn’t appear to have many recent posts so I hope people still respond. Many of the pond and reef forums out there don’t respond to questions when aquaponics are involved.

Does anyone have a drawing explaining the water flow course as it goes up and down through the various filters in this Dura-flow all in one radial flow filter ? Or can they guess the path of radial flow -> static -> mbbr. Just not sure if the larger tubes are sealed or all open at the bottom ?
