The article/site you linked to is a hard sell for their eBook on Aquaponics. It forces you to their site and tried to get people to put down $$. If you just starting out, check out the "Aquaponics 101" tab in the header or search on some of the plans on this or other sites. There are tons out there so no need to buy the eBook.
