Not many of the fish farms will. They prefer to deal in volume. It's just not cost effective.
People get into trouble sometimes too from fish n game dept. Rules are different in every state.
I got mine, buy biting the bullet and doing a large order. Still had to drive 3 hours to do it though.

but i just checked them and they only list "Koi".. probably a little more $ in that...but you might want to try contacting them..
or look for ponds in your area and find out where they get their fish
