Mini Greenhouse

So, as usual I was window shopping online... and I came across this discounted product. I can build one of these easily, but for the price, free shipping, and lack of taxation, I don't think I can beat the convenience of purchasing online. The plastic must be UV tolerant, which would make it hard to DIY on the cheap.

I was thinking, at least for small systems in Florida, a setup could be made with this in a system to get a head start on the season (or even extend it year round). Anyone seen anything CHEAPER?
