    Re: rfeiller's greenhouse revamp

    Thanks Gary,
still haven't been able to get the 200amp panel to provide the power I need. I have put in an occilating wall fan that has helped. It has been cloudy all month just about. In fact most of the greens were laying over this morning and everything else is also doing poorly. I have 1000 Watt. Lights but no power for them.
    Frustrating.

electric bill went up $400 in dec because of the greenhouse, going to let it coast till spring and see what's left. it's been cold and damp. fortunately the goldfish and koi will be fine.

reworking greenhouse again. taking out 100 gal hydroponic reservoirs that have been holding the goldfish to convert them over to deep pans for asparagas, chiles, and tomatoes outdoors. replacing them with some large aquariums i have around for holding the fish. will use water from small koi pond for relocated pans.

outdoor aquaponics garden underway, will start plumbing 29 five gallon buckets, (3) 100 gallon grow beds, and numerous potted individual plants. this will combine vermiponics with aquaponics. have had a few sunny days and plants are starting to wake up.

this is a horse radish root that i purchased at a local market. it took to AP very quickly at the time of this foto it was over 2 ft tall. i also have celery hearts that have rooted and continue to produce stalks. it gives me a second harvest on these and other veggies such as potatoes, sweet potatoes, herbs, etc.
