    wooohooo! food on the table

i've been living on my family's old farm land, never been into hunting. I started hunting last year, maybe went 3 or 4 times. Lucked up yesterday and shot a 12 point buck. Best natural high I have ever experienced. And have food for a while, at least 6 months.

Some folks hunt their whole life and never see a deer like this. My neighbors are jealous for sure.

Nice Deer! I too live in Georgia ( Middle) and bought my families farm a few years back. Have harvested deer and grown a garden every year and now am wanting to start a Aquaponics operation. I understand that Ft. Valley State College has a set up and ocassionally has clinics. I have emailed the professor a couple days ago but have yet to get a reply.
Look forward to learning from the group.
