    Duff, I never cooked with the elephant garlic.....is it similar to regular size garlic ?
    ( one of the guys on this forum has a garlic farm- he's probably chuckling at my question... )

    It's 4 times the size of regular garlic. Not as strong. I bake it or pickle em.

    This is a tank within tank idea.



    Didn't want to sink to start with. Resisted the urge to jump in it. Put some duckweed in and will give it a few days before dropping a few fish in. I can put mesh over the top to stop birds.
