I saw a post on a forum (I will try to find a link) where the guy packed wet coco from the hydroponics store into an ice tray that had some holes in the bottom to let the water out. He poke a little hole in the middle with a screwdriver to give it some space for the seed. He then popped it, put the seed in, and went from there. It's a good alternative to constantly using rockwool. The coco should come off nicely once the seedling gets a few leaves. Then you can plant the plant bare, and not get stuff in your system.
