prices vary at amazon and ebay....plants from .99 to 15 $
I did see the 'cans of plants' at both sites...different prices.

Seeds are a lot cheaper then the plants. Buy one of the little starter trays with a clear cover at the big box stores or wally world and give it a try...
The most important thing in getting them to sprout, is to keep the soil tempt above 75 F. Peppers are slow to sprout...don't get discouraged.

I did see that these guys get to 7 feet tall...
