How much do the fish you harvest weigh, and how long does it take for them to get to market weight? It appears that in Australia you folks harvest fish that are around a pound or so. How do you take advantage of harvesting small fish? I am asking honestly as I have a varietey of tilapia that produces quickly and abundantly and in about 4 months gets to be about 12 ounces, but never grows much bigger. These will out produce pound for pound any of my other tilapia, but don't get big enough to fillet.

What do you folks do?
