    Protozoa in a hydroponics set-up.

    This website is dedicated to Aquaponics, not hydroponics and therefore we have no way of knowing what was introduced into that system. I suggest you consult with a hydroponic website for such questions.

    Why would you want to do anything about them? They are a good thing.

    Thanks for the replies. If they won't be doing any harm, can do some good? And in what way? If I add more aeration, what can I expect? More creepy crawlers or less?

    You want more, the more the better. They aren't creepy crawley's. They are critical elements of your food chain.
    Many many people buy cultures of "things" like this to seed their systems with. Take for instance dafnia, enfusoria, green water, etc.
