No Right to Produce or Eat Food

"In scary legal news a Wisconsin judge had gone completely loopy declaring that citizens have no right to produce or eat the foods of their own choice."

Re: No Right to Produce or Eat Food

This is part of the entrapment set up by the government to "keep people safe" but has become yet another department that operates outside of the constitution. The argument is that you don't have the right to eat unsafe food, and the government will determine what is safe and what is not. The government has determine that unpasteurized milk is unsafe, so you can't have it. Soon anything home made will be to dangerous. We've already seen bake sales being banned as school fund raisers.

I have yet to see a constitutional basis for the FDA. It was started in the 1860's to stop the snake oil trade, but like any government entity, it takes on a life of its own.

The camel definitely has its nose in the tent. Our challenge is to push it out, or cut off its head.
