Link intended for reference to PVC Flow charts for gravity flow and in pressure systems.

Sizes and volumes are in Inches and Gallons.

Bernoulli's Principle states that as the speed of a moving fluid increases, the pressure within the fluid decreases.
For those who forgot the equation for flow it is added here to tweek your memory.

Crane's "Flow of Fluids through Valves, Fittings and Pipe" tech paper #410 is an excellent reference too. But what ever you do, remember to oversize to account for growies. Over sime a slime layer builds up in the pipes and roots find their way in as well. Make sure the system can be opened or taken apart to clean every once in a while.
