about PELEMIX

hello guys, im just wondering. has anyone of you used pelemix as your medium for aquaponics. i went to their site and saw hyroponics systems using pelemix as their beds. hemmm just wondering if any1 here using it?

It is coir /coconut husk that a lot of Hydro guys use but I think it holds too much moisture for the way most of us are set up . Works great on a drip system but Flood & Drain systems might have to give it long cycles to keep root rot away . Plus being organic it will start to break down after a period of time and start plugging things up .
