Breeding Tilapia

I would like to breed Tilapia and am seeking guidance. I now hold the licenses required by my municipality and raising Tilapia will be part of a proposed aquaponics system at our home. I intend to use a 300 Gal Rubbermaid water trough and the fish will be indoors (temporarily). Is anyone willing to offer advice/ideas regarding the conditions and environment required to promote Tilapia reproduction?
