i have access to a couple of these

what do you guys think are they safe for fish and food?

I know i can get cheap rainspouts but i want to avoid vinyl and PVC as much as i can.

Hi Urbanrunoff, Polyethylene is supposed to be better then PVC. I would think they'd be better then the rainspout you mentioned.
Home depot in my area, doesn't carry this, at least they don't show it on-line.

what's nice about them is that they are very light compared to the PVC pipes.
anyways, for now i have to make sure my system cycles before adding anything
