Small plants

The system is new but the plants are small and so is the fruit.
What's the problem?

In order for us to help you we need more information.

Please provide the following:

Tell us about your system design including the size of fish tank, the size (including depth) and type of your grow beds and the type of media you are using in them. Also, any other components of your system such as sump tank and any type of filters. A full description along with pictures would help.

Give us the numbers from your water chemistry measurements including temp, ammonia (ppm), nitrites (ppm), nitrates (ppm), pH and DO (dissolved oxygen) if you have a way of measuring it. In place of DO tell us how much aeration in GPH you are pumping into your fish tank.

Tell us the type and number of plants are currently in your grow beds.
