Home built greenhouse ideas

I work in a few commercial greenhouses, growing annuals and perennials. Would like to build a simple poly greenhouse for home,
as I don't have $ 60 K that the gh s cost at work. Any ideas of materials, plans.

I live In east Texas, winters are mild but still gets cold (zone 8a ) . What do you all do to heat? It would be on north side of our house.... :D

I'd suggest a simple hoop house as well. Can be built at a very low cost and provides a nice bump in temps and protection over the coldest months. Check out Elliott Coleman's books if you want some details on heat gain and recommendations for what to grow year round.
