fish tropical tank poo for bacteria start up tank

hey all

Have an fish tank ( 20 gal)that I clean every week , maybe 5 gal of sediment(poo)
Can i use this to start a new aquaponics fish tank bacteria build?If so will it cut down the 5 or 6 weeks of normal start up time?

you can add it to help but it won't cut 5 or 6 weeks off of a (about) 6 week process, it could save you a couple weeks
