Hi, I live north of Seattle (in Marysville) Washington.
My wife and I are in the planning stages of setting up a proof-of-concept system that can supplement our food supply through the winter with some fresh veggies. I'm hoping this will become a valuable part of our prepping food supply for the future, and I love the idea of becomming close to self-sufficient in food production as possible in the future. First, I need to figure out how to make this idea work, and then see it survive and be productive through the winter.
I could really use recommendations for heating an outside tank through the winter in our climate, and a good source of some tillapia fry. Thanks for the great information here, and I'm really looking forward to learning and someday contributing.
